Positive: This has to be the best apartment we have ever stayed in during our many tours around Italy. The location is just perfection and is an easy 100m walk from an excellent (covered) car park. The accommodation is just as you see in the description, except it is actually more spacious than it appears and is meticulously clean. All of the facilities are just perfect for a comfortable stay including the highlight of a balcony overlooking the Villa Gregoriana and the Roman temples. The very comfortable en-suite bedrooms guarantee a good night's sleep. The A/C is excellent and helps provide a cool oasis to return to on a steamy Tivoli afternoon. Having stayed here once,. we plan to return.

Negative: We liked everything about the accommodation, so there are no negative points to make.
